File Version: 3.51.11 vs. 3.51.10 (GA)

Hi

I was just about to submit a bug report against 3.51.11.
I checked the DLL just to make sure:

File Version --> 3.51.10 (GA)

I'm sure that I have installed 3.51.11, but I've seen before that the
installer fail to replace the DLL, even after reboots.

So my question now is:
Have you guys done it (again :-)..) and released with an old version
number still attached to the DLL?
Or have the installer once again refrained from replacing the DLL on my
end?
