Surely this didn't come from kernel.org?
Anyone who uses a non-profit org for their own capital gain (and spamming)
should be disabled and boycott.

I think that you've misinterpreted the message:

This isn't an advertisement (although the tone makes it sound like
one); it's an autoreply saying "we no longer offer tech support via
email, so don't send us email".

In all probability, it's an autoreply to a virus which used a forged
sender address, in this case linux-admin@vger.kernel.org.
