How I can get Gmail

I want to have Gmail account but I couldn't find where I can create a
new account.

I searched some posts about that and there may be some special policy
to create Gmail account.(Do I need somebody's invitation? If so, It
would be appriciate if somebody give me an invitation.)

Please give me some information.

I think that's not an Gmail account.

Isn't it google news group account?
