Modifications made to Excel can be send to Database?

Hello all
I am opening a Excel sheet from a Jsp,What I want is if I make changes to
my excel sheet it must reflect in database(not for user for backend purpose
only),I am using POI's for connection with Excel and my database is MSSQL
server...
can u give some solution for this
