Select a mail on command-line (mutt or procmail)

Anyone out there know if Mutt or Procmail can select and then operate a
mail by their order in mailbox file? It is similar to the "find"
command on Unix.

e.g.

Select the 105th mail in and pipe it script>:

mutt -f -n 105 -exec
{} \;
