Translation of error messages into romanian language

Reading the file errmsg.txt which contains translated error messages
into romanian language I've found that 30% of error messages are not
translated at all, and the rest are full of errors and even hilarious
messages.
Are you interested in helping you to correctly translate this file into
romanian language?
