Hi I installed mysql version 4 (your current production version) on =
windows XP. MySqlManager is not in the bin folder and when I use =
Winmysqladmin in the database window right clicking does not bring up =
any option to create a new database ????

Hi!
This is not a bug.
MySQLManager is not packed any more and WinMySQLAdmin is not created
for the purpose you describe.
Download MySQLCC and use it for task like the above.
