Dear Sir or Madam,

Problem: I made the mistake of registering to be a member of SceneTalk.net,
one of your customers. Now I cannot get them to stop contacting me daily.

First, they never contacted me to confirm my screen name and password, and,
having no such record, I cannot log in anyway ... (not that I want to at this
point). Second, they have no "personal contact"/email system of asking them
"help" questions so I can't ask them this and am having to ask you instead.
Their only "help" is a list of problem types.

I deleted the temporary file they put in my computer today, the only time
I've gone to their address since registering. They are not "in" my computer
so are obviously relying on an e-mailing address.

Question: How can I get out of SceneTalk.net's system, drop membership and
get off their e-mailing address?
