Hi, I've noticed that mysqlcc 0.9.1-beta doesn't delete the directory of
the database when dropped in the mysql embedded server.

Hi!
mysqlcc does not drop database (and deletedirectories), but MySQL
server does.
Also, mysqlcc can not work with the embedded server.
