How can I add headers, such as X-No-Archive or X-My-Own-Header in email
messages or newsgroup postings?
I have Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Netscape, Eudora Light,
and Xnews, but I don't find an option from those.

For the newsreader part: Re-post to news.software.readers.
AFAIK, OE can't do it, not for email and not for News.
