Sinisa, you should know that this can't be the case for the kind of
bug that the user reported.

Sinisa, if you don't understand the problem, PLEASE don't answer the
bug report!

In this case it's 100 % clear that the bug is either in MySQL or the
configure script and it's our responsibility to get this fixed!

I will send an apology to the user for our behavior in handling this
bug report and ask him for more information so that we can get a clear
picture of what is going on.
