WINDOWS SERVER 2003 BUG!!!!!!!

I have a problem with mysql and windows server 2003. I get an error when
windows start:
"Access violation at address 0040289D in module 'winmysqladmin.exe'.
Read of address 00000000"
then mysql shut down, or get instable.
