mysqld-nt crash

Mysqld-nt 4.0.13 crashes immediately when connecting to it from a locally
running instance of the control center with the following error:

The instruction at "0x004178ee" referenced memory at "0xffffbeac". THe
memory could not be "read".


system - 800 mhz P3, 512m ram, 3gb free on HD,

The above description isn't enough for me to get the crash, could
you please describe me with more details how it happens:

-the MySQLCC version,
-what version of libmysql.dll this tool is using
-what are the parameters you used for to fill the tool connection
options?
-is there a message error in your \mysql\data\hostname.err

Any other information for to make possible the crash at my side.
