Looking for Webmail w/Changeable from address
Looking for Webmail w/Changeable from address
am 19.05.2005 22:22:40 von Mark Morton
I have emails to my domain names forwarded to my ISP email address.
When I'm away from home, I'd like to be able to access my email through
the web but reply using my domain name email and not by ISP address.
Does anyone know of any webmail services that allow you to change the
from address, possibly using email verification to confirm the from
address?
Many thanks.

The Reply-To: header is for this purpose.
It's the honest way.

even tried to mail me. http://tinyurl.com/2t5kp

Please ignore Alan's comment re 'the honest way' .I am currently trying
without much success to control his severe pathological lying.

Most of the IMAP providers on my IMAP Service Providers page,
which is here
let you use any From: header when you use their webmail client.
But be forewarned that some mail servers that receive this type
of mail will consider it a possible forgery and up the spamicity
(or spam score) of your message. To avoid this, update the DNS
SPF record for you domain so it includes all the SMTP servers
that you use to send MAIL FROM your domain. I have more
information about this in 'What to Look For in an IMAP Service
Provider' in this section:
Good luck finding a webmail client that you like,
