Searching for multiple terms *within* an email? (using Outlook 2004)

Is it possible to use "find" (or some downloadable macro?) to run a
search like:

(agri* OR agro* OR food OR "rural development")

I get long emails on a regular basis and have to sift through them
looking for key words and at the moment I have to do the F4 -> search
term, F4 -> next search term, etc (with as many as 10 terms that I need
to run on about 15 emails a day). It gets a bit repetitive so it would
be nice if there was a way I could run a search that would look for any
of those terms in a document instead or running them all separately.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
