rsync and mail queue

Hi,

I did not see a recent reference to this. I am trying to set up 2 sendmail
servers using heartbeat and rsync. Heartbeat to allow one IP to be
constantly available for a mail server and rsync to duplicate both client
and main mail queues on two mostly identical (except for host name and IP)
servers. Has this been done before? I cannot find any clear documentation
that shows how or if it will work. Obviously just mirroring the queues is
not enough. The qf files have the wrong information about the other server.
Could someone direct me to a Howto that explains it or if there is another
way??
