DSN Creation

HI
I am using MySql 5.0 Server in unix machine.In the MySql server i created the users of "root" and "sofi"l .I gave All previllages for each user
I am using the SQLyog as the client tool for connecting to Server Database.The server is connected for both users(root and sofil) via the client tool.
There is no problem to connect the Server from the client machine for both users(root and sofil)
From the client machine(Windows) I can create ths DSN for the user "root". But i cant create the DSN for the user "sofil".DSN is created for only the "root".Not other users(sofil and etc.).While i was creating the DSN name for the user "sofil" i got the message of "[MySQl][ODBC 3.51 Driver] Client doesnot support authentication protocol requested by server, consider upgrading MySql client"
please help me to solve this problem
