mysql problems

Hi, i installed MySql on my computer, but i have some problems, infact
if i install this with mysqld-nt i can't use the client mysql and
create database and other, but the only server that allow me to use
the clinet mysql is mysqld-opt. Why this? What's the differences
between -opt and -nt?And how can resolve this problem?

Are you using the wizard install?

Basically, that section covers everything you need to know except for
unusual hardware software limitations of your machine, so, read on :)
