Is network modules are working on every OS ?

Hi.

I'm using many TCP/IP Modules for Perl. The first one(and the most
usefull) is Net::FTP. My program run #1 on any Unix/Linux operating
system with Perl interpreted installed. Weirdly, the same program seem
not working on Windows boxes...

When the program is using a Net::FTP command, it seem not working... It
does nothing...

Do I need another module than Net:FTP for using FTP Module on Windows or
i'm doing something wrong ?
