Evolution: notification of new email

Hi,

I run Evolution 2.0.4 (on Mandriva LE 2005), having upgraded from
1.something.

I am used to being alerted to new emails by the program icon showing
"2" (for 2 new emails) on the bottom of my screen (on the "Panel icon"
I guess you could call it). However, I seem to be unable to attain
this in 2.0.4. All I can do is to play sound upon arrival of new mail,
which i certainly don't want.

Is there a way I can get Evolution to show new emails in the "Panel
icon" or the Taskbar?
