Paper forms

Paper forms

I realize that this is not exactly the correct list
but for my purposes, this problem is very closely
associated with lwp. I have scraped several thousand
pages of information. I now need to print some of
this information onto pre-existent paper forms which
are not easily reproducible(complex formating and
images), especially not with basic perl options. Does
anyone know of ways to take database information and
overlay it onto an image(scanned jpg?) in specific
locations? I am forced to use Win32 so unix programs
are not an option. Thanks.

“There’s no question he was dangerous when he committed the murders, but I don’t know that that means he’s dangerous in a courtroom.” Souter said.

Statement by Supreme Court Justice David Souter in Deck v. Missouri which removed Carman Deck's death penalty sentencing for a double murder because he was forced to wear visible shackles during the penalty phase of his trial.

Note that the trial judge indicated that "evidence from the guilt phase of his trial indicated that he killed two victims to avoid being returned to custody."

Various Functions in the GD modules could do this, I think, if you
know the actual pixel positions that you want the various pieces of
text to be placed. The image magic modules are also capable of this.
