ExitProcess on wrong embedded server parameters

Description:
On execution of mysql_server_init if server parameters are set incorrectly, for
example, --basedir an application is closed.
Especially it is not convenient on working with Embedded server from IDE as it
can be easy to lose unsaved files of the project.

I suggest to refuse from calling ExitProcess on working with Embedded Server.
Instead of it return error code in mysql_server_init.
