MySql .NET Connector problem

hi

i was sorry for interrupt you with this problem. But i
can't find any solution from forums and other
documents. If you can help me , i thanks so much and
you help to many people whom has the same problem.

i was interested in mysql database for a few months. I
used mysql with my project which i develop with .NET
Also i used mysql .NET connector which is distributed
from the mysql developer zone.

My problem is the if my OS windows xp' location zone
setting is assigned TURKEY and language is turkish it
doesn't work. But if i change it to location zone ABD
or Germany then language is English , German
respectively.It works with out problem.

if you have an answer, please inform me.
