Simultaneous requests handling by LWP

Hi,

Some sites specify that LWP library cannot handle multiple simultaneous requests.

Can anyone tell me what does the statement really mean. Do they mean that

1. when LWP is used to develop a HTTP server, it cannot handle simultaneous client requests 2. HTTP client itself cannot make simultanous requests to the server.
