Store Procedures

Hey,
Does anyone know how you set result sets in stored procedures? I want to
be able to do something like this:
Delimiter $
create procedure update()
BEGIN
RESULTSET = select * from DD
//Now do something here with this stored procedure
END$
call update ()$
