4.0.13 Bug: No Matching Rows

Hello,
I have bug report from MySQL 4.0.13. Attached is SQL script with table definitions and one SELECT query.

SELECT on the end of the script should return primary key id 273. It'll only show up if query is changed a bit - e.g. ORDER BY statement is changed to 'ORDER BY lastpost,sticky DESC'.
