Data Providor or other service return an E_FAIL Status

Im Using Visual Basic 6 and MySQL 4.0.13 and the following problem is =
occuring:

When I deploy a new installation I keep getting the following Error:

Runtime Error '-2147467259(80004005)'
Data Providor or other service return an E_FAIL Status

Note:
Operating System is WindowsXP Home
AMD Athlon Chip 2100XP
256 DDR Ram

Can Anyone Help

Sorry you didn't provide us enough information for to find/guess
a possible reason for.
It is possible for you to create a small project file as test case
and send it for us into a zip file with a name easy for to identify
this case (e.g: vb_e-fails.zip) at:
