ANNOUNCE: spodcxx v0.21, a (s)POD Parser and (s)POD to HTML converter

I've released 'spodcxx' version 0.21, which
provides a sPOD 2 HTML converter. SPOD is
a superset of POD, which is widely used as
documentation language for perl modules.

SPOD can also be used to document scheme code and
has support other languages' comments.

This release adds support for tables, other minor
markup additions and a wikiwikiwiki mode.

The wikiwikiwiki mode of the SPOD language provides
a very compact way of notation. Internally it is converted
to SPOD.

Don't expect any meaningfull POD documentation there.
