regarding software metrics implementation

i am student of university of hertfordshire and persuing my masters in
software engineering. i am at my last stage of my course and doing
project on software measurement(metrics) .what i am doing is to find
out the complications in implementing the measurement process. i would
like to know the opinions of the expert within this newsgroup.
i am really expecting a good response from everyone.

Why would folk in comp.MAIL.misc be experts on software metrics?

How does Hatfield Polytechnic justify university status if its master's
degree students cannot find their keys?

Do they not have a library and librarians to assist you with your
research?

Judging by your email address and your "Organization:" header, you have
heard of Google. Why not try their usenet and web search engines?
