Hello,

Does anyboy know a open source or free software that can connect to
MySQL and create models like ERD, etc.. ?

I have tried using DBDesigner but I seem to be having problems with
it coz I can't connect to MySQL even with the correct values.

Have you tried EMS MySQL Manager? They've got Windows and Linux
versions. It's not free. But a business license is only $135.
Depending on what your uses are, there's even a non-commercial version
for $68 Windows and $48 Linux.
