11 when locking indexfile

Hi!

I noticed this while going through some old emails:

This problem is fixed in the 4.0.2 source tree.

We are just now testing doing binary builds of this. As soon as we
have done this and got the test through our test suite on all machines
in our build environment we will do a new release.
