ERROR 1148

Hello,

This is not really a bug, but I was walking through the tutorial and =
when stated to create the pet.txt file and do LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE =
"pet.txt" INTO TABLE pet; I got "ERROR 1148: The used command is not =
allowed with this MySQL version".

I've looked through the reference manual, and searched the website, and =
also asked others who use MySQL, but found no clue on what is causing =
this error.

I've downloaded the latest version (3.23.51) earlier today, and =
everything else has worked flawless up until now.

Some of my system info follows: 1-Intel Pentium III, 450MHz, 512KB, =
128MB win98.

How-To-Repeat: Follow the tutorial.
