missing ppd file while instaalling DBD-oracle

sir,
while installing DBD-Oracle directly through your site it is showing an error message stating could not locate a PPD file for package ftp://ftp.esoftmatic.com/DBI/DBD-Oracle.ppd

i am using activeperl5.6.1 with ppm2.2.0
how to install DBD-Oracle in the system?
