DBI::Pg

Hi,
I am trying to install DBI::Pg on windows in order to hook up Catalyst =
app with Postgres. But I don't have the MS Visual Studio.Net installed =
(I have the .Net toolkit installed). I used to use DBI::PgPP to talk =
with Postgres from perl script.=20
Is there any work arround in this situation?
