I use outlook express and have recently been getting a lot of spam. I
use under Tools-message rules and I put words that I dont want to
enter my inbox, ..However, I have been getting spam with html or
colors, whats the best way to get rid of this?? if you can provide a
simple step by step that would be great. thanks

What options does your ISP provide to deal with spam?
It is extremely tedious trying to setup rules that would capture spam
but nothing else.
If you are open to a sujestion, try mozilla thunderbird www.mozilla.org.
Once you install it will ask whether you wish to import settings do so.
When you launch thunderbird for the first time, do not let it check for
email, but instead reconfigure it to leave mail on server.
Then you can see whether the feature reach email client and its ability
to be tought to catch spam is for you.
