Display error with mysqld --help and skip-external-locking ?

Hi,

skip-external-locking seems to be not correctly displayed with the lastest
bk pull from 4.0.4 bk tree and mysqld --help.

How-to-repeat :

mysqld --help

../mysqld Ver 4.0.4-beta for pc-linux-gnu on i686
Copyright (C) 2000 MySQL AB, by Monty and others
This software comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. This is free software,
and you are welcome to modify and redistribute it under the GPL license
Starts the MySQL server

Usage: ./mysqld [OPTIONS]


skip-grant-tables FALSE
skip-external-locking skip-slave-start FALSE
relay-log-info-file FALSE

I reckon you ran it with grep.

That is because this option is long and a description is displayed in
the next row.

Will be fixed.

Actually this option is not needed either. Only some messages have to
be fixed.

I had fixed this on my main development machine, but I got a hard disk
crash before I had done the push :(

I have now switched to a temporary development machine and fixed the
display problem. Will push this later today.
