IE on Mac OS X

Hello,

Internet Explorer on the Mac has issues regarding large html files.
Therefore, I can not open the included manual.html [2.2 MB]. Splitting
the html in smaller segments [let's say in parts of a few hundred k]
would solve this M$ problem.

Please consider this,
