Hotmail CSV import format

I have searched a long time this morning how Hotmail expects the CSV
file to be when you want to import some contacts.

Just for information, in case someone needs it, here is a sample which
works for me. The first line MUST be there describes the format of the
rest of the file. It is in french, but it should not matter.

Note that the files exported from Outlook Express 5 or Outlook 2000 were
NOT accepted by Hotmail! Only the names where imported and Hotmail
couldn't import the email addresses, which is kind of useless then.
Hence my research...
