server goes down

I still have problems with a MySQL Server running on Windows 2000 SP4. The
server is just replicating and frecuently raises a GPF. Nothing is said in
the error log. When I go to the event viewer I see the following messages:
Error: Aborting...
Error: Do you alredy have a mysqld server running on port 3306?
And that's all. I checked the ports and 3306 and it's not being used. I
resintalled the server using the binaries. I unistalled all other services
and software that was running in this PC. I don't kwow what else I can do.
Now I'm logging everithing...
