[ANNOUNCE] mod_ssl 2.8.25-1.3.34 for Apache 1.3.34

Apache 1.3.34 was released, so I've upgraded mod_ssl to apply cleanly to
this Apache version. No other changes. Fetch mod_ssl 2.8.25-1.3.34 from
the usual locations:
