Hello,
I want to forward every Email, which my MAIL-Server receive. I set the
MX-Record in the DNS-Server to my Mail-Server. Now the mail-server
should forward any Email to an Email-Adress info@test.com.
Did anybody can tell me an easy way to realize this? I'm a bit confused
about the whole MTA theme. What must I do with Postfix?

What mail server are you using?
It all depends on what options are available on your MAIL-Server.
You could use alias maps to forward emails out to a different domain.
You can not forward to the same domain if you do not have those users as
local recipients on the system.
Please provide more detail on your setup and what you are trying to do.
