Looking For PHP-Web Developer for Short Term Project

Hey all.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced Web developer with
PHP/Perl experience. It would help to have some sense of aesthetics as
there will be visual components developed.

The project is in NYC, and although the work can all be done off-site,
we do prefer someone who is in the area.
