Is it possible to forward Yahoo mail via browser (as inline text) and
not to have that blue line on the left margin that indicates that the
email is forwarded.

If you set (Options -> Personalization -> General Preferences ->
Message Actions -> Forwarding Messages:)) "Forward as an attachment",
the forwarded attachment will not have the blue line.
Alternatively you can set "Composing Emails -> Mode:" to "Compose
messages as plain text". In that case the forwarded inline text will not
have a blue line, but "> " quote markers, i.e. as I have used to quote
your above quoted text. Of course in this case the forwarded inline text
can not have "color and graphics", i.e. can not be in HTML.
BTW, it's not too hard to remove the blue line: If you highlight the
text (all except the first line (which has no blue marker) and *except*
the last blank line (which *does* have a blue marker)), the text gets
highlighted, but not the blue line. After highlighting, you do Ctrl+X
(cut). Now only one line of blue marker remains. You delete that by
positioning the cursor behind the "... wrote:" and pressing the Delete
key. Now press Return to position the cursor on the beginning of the
next line and do Ctrl-V (paste) and the text is back without the blue
line.
Please note that it is important *not* to highlight the last blank line
with the blue marker. If you highlight that one, the procedure won't
work, i.e. the paste will paste the blue line back.
