I just picked up the Introduction to MySQL + PHP handbook at B&N - on
the magazine rack by the computer/ Linux magazines for $11.95, includes
a CD with Windows, Linux, and Mac MySQL and PHP software on it. A real
buy! Published by an Austrailian outfit, Next Publishing.

The s/w is all open source stuff, and there was nothing about time
limits when I installed the various versions on my Windows and Linux
boxes.
