S/MIME Certificate to issue certificates

I was wondering what kind of certificate (if it was even possible) I
would need to obtain from a third-party CA to issue certificates to
others that could be verified as long as my certificate had not
expired. I know I can issue certificates that can be trusted within my
organization, but I need them to be trusted outside as well.
