i wanna help in deling with front page

hello guies ,
I'm facing this problem ,i'm using front page to creat my web site . and
i tried to include a file in all the pages my site so that i can change
one page to effect other pages without the need to edit every page
separatly.
but when i updated this single page it did't effect the others and i had
to include it in every page again .

So please help me to include this page one time .

Don't know if this affects you or not but I've noticed on my
development PC that sometimes when I change something in an included
file that I need to save a main page again to actually see the changes.

That's not enough information. Instead of telling us what you're doing,
please show us. It will make solving your issue a lot easier.

Thank you J. Paul Schmidt , your way realy worked .i just saved the page
and the included page displayed propaly.
but this mean that i have to save each page every time .and this takes
alot of time .So please if you know Any way to fasten this process i'd
be great full.
