Somehow I am getting this error message in my Apache 2.0.55 error.log.

File 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)
Character set '#33' is not a compiled character set and is not specified in
the 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\Index' file
File 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)

I cannot find what is outputing this message. Does anyone have a place to
point me towards?

It's a PHP bug where it can't find the charsets, the same URL above
give hints on how to fix this, as I never had this problem, can't tell
you exactly what to do, but it's a well known problem, so Google can
help you more than me.
