Mail box full message in when disk qouta reaches 80%

Hi! I've got sendmail as an MTA and procmail as LDA in a redhat rhel
3.0 and applied a 20 mb disk qouta on every user. Question, how can I
make an email to the recipients that tells them that they have used up
80% of their qouta? Please help me thanks!

cron a script that parses the output of quotacheck.
