Michael looking for Old guy!

Michael looking for Old guy!

Oh, that gives everyone really warm and fuzzy feelings. Google for that
"Registrant's Agent" and see the wonderful reputation they have. Let's
do the math - how much is "Michael" paying for the throw-away domain?
How much is he paying for the hosting service? Where is the money
coming from? What's his real agenda? And why is he trying to hide by
posting from google from residential IP?

Old guy

This was on

http://www.issociate.de/board/post/282960/Are_you_worried_ab out_Spy-/Adware_remove_them_for_free.html

and I really would like to have a chat with "Old guy" who makes so many
questions without any address I could reply to!

Michael

FROM MICHAEL TO OLD GUY MOE TRIN!

DEAR MOE,

My heart goes out for you. You must have been mistreated truly badly to
become
a cynic you seem to be? Where I come from people usually investigate matters
first, in order to prevent themselves to look like real assh...s in the eyes
of they
fellow citizens. Then again maybe I am wrong on that one too?

I can not bet my ass on anything as I am a licensed UK Bookmaker and as
such was screened by Strathclydes finest, which in they statement to the
licensing board considered me to be outstanding citizen.

It is good if YOU have so many sources (wonder why) for spyware. I can not
offer you any, because I have none available!

That is definitely good (I wish it was only true too) that spyware gets
installed
free.

Again I have to disappoint you, I do not install any spy- nor adware due to
fact
that I have none available to offer!

Your arithmetic skills are at least as good as your investigation skills!
Why would
I throw away any domain? The price for the domain is freely awailable if you
go
into it http://www.spywarejab.co.uk ! The price of hosting service is also
freely
available at http://order.1and1.co.uk ! I do not know about you, but my
money
is called salary and it comes from my employer into my pocket. Hence answer
to your question is from my pocket! My real agenda is to help people, what
is
yours? I do not understand your claim about trying to hide by posting from
residential IP??? I live at home maybe that is why posting comes from
residential
IP i.e. my residence?

You don't say!? I could have sworn I saw it (in article
) in this *Usenet*
*Newsgroup* (comp.security.misc), not on some web 'board'.

You mean an "address" like yours? :

^^^^^^^

PKB.

Anyway, you don't need an "address". You can just reply in the group.
But you apparently only (barely) know how to *spam* a medium, not how to
*use* it.

Also the (non) 'formatting' / (non) quoting of your posts in this
thread already looks quite pathetic, but your other one, article
, is even
worse, because it's posted in a totally unrelated thread.

Dear Frank,

I have tried to reply in the group. I was merely unable to find the the
article on as you said in the newsgroup. You complain me using noreply
address in here, but will your this@address.is.invalid make you a spammer
then too?

Anyway my reply would be for anyone who care to look beyond their nose
instead of proposing to be allmighty masters of universe throwing unfounded
accusations in they try to look wiser than they really are!

All the best for you and everyone else...Michael

Why is that? You know how to spam [1] and how to read a response to
that spam, but don't know how to "find" that response? What about using
Google Groups, i.e. the same facility you used to spam in the first
place? After all, you *did* use Google Groups for one of your other
(misdirected/mis-formatted/mis-quoting) responses
().

> You complain me using noreply address in here, but will your

No, I didn't complain about your *address*, I pointed out that your
*complaint* about Moe's address is PKB (Pot, Kettle, Black) because your
address is also unrepliable. Anyway, as I said, the whole "address"
issue is irrelevant, because you don't need an address to reply to Moe's
posting.

As to spam/"spammer": I said that you spammed because you *did* (see
[1]). I didn't spam, so my (non) address is irrelevant.

[1] Because the spam had a different "From:" ("iii-online"
) here is the News URL:

You manage to quote (poorly) from the original article. And two of the
three postings are from google.groups that has got the article archived.
Here's your original spam:

Message-ID: <1134158353.233486.21410@f14g2000cwb.googlegroups.com>
Newsgroups: comp.security.misc

But allow me to respond to your comments:

>Your arithmetic skills are at least as good as your investigation skills!

Yes - it's a common skill called "follow the money"

>Why would
>I throw away any domain? The price for the domain is freely awailable if you

So, you are saying that the registration data is false?

[compton ~]$ whois -h whois.nic.uk spywarejab.co.uk

Domain Name:
spywarejab.co.uk

Registrant:
Michael Laakso

Registrant's Address:

THE REGISTRANT IS AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS ELECTED TO
HAVE THEIR ADDRESS OMITTED FROM THE WHOIS DATABASE

Registrant's Agent:
Schlund + Partner AG [Tag = SCHLUND]

Relevant Dates:
Registered on: 05-Dec-2005

"Registrant: Michael Laakso" and "THE REGISTRANT IS AN INDIVIDUAL" does
not look like "my employer". Who is this "employer", and why are they not
the registered site owner, and why aren't they posting under their own
name? Could that be Ashantiplc Limited that "claims" to be in Hong Kong,
but sitehosts in Vancouver, BC, and Houston TX? Would it have anything to
do with past abuse at google (never mind the rest of the Internet)?

Also, the fact that your advertisement is off charter for this newsgroup
isn't helping you. Don't know what is in the charter? Why certainly -
start at google that you so incompetently try to use, and search for
RFC1855 and RFC3098

1855 Netiquette Guidelines. S. Hambridge. October 1995. (Format:
TXT=46185 bytes) (Also FYI0028) (Status: INFORMATIONAL)

3098 How to Advertise Responsibly Using E-Mail and Newsgroups or - how
NOT to $$$$$ MAKE ENEMIES FAST! $$$$$. T. Gavin, D. Eastlake 3rd, S.
Hambridge. April 2001. (Format: TXT=64687 bytes) (Also FYI0038)
(Status: INFORMATIONAL)

Then use that same search engine to locate the charter, and the FAQ.

Frank mentions your address morphing:

From: "iii-online"
From: laakso@tiscali.co.uk
From: "McGlen"

You're really shooting yourself in the foot without my help. I'm merely
pointing it out to everyone. That you advertised your site only four days
after submitting the registration is a big clue - as is your choice of
provider. Don't know what that means? Try news.admin.net-abuse.* which
you can also find archived at google. You are acting like a ROKSO spammer,
so why should you expect to be treated any differently.

You moan about not being able to contact me (it took you ten days to
respond to the posting), and yet you are morphing and using an invalid
address. The reason I don't post my real addresses is simple - every
time I do, they get harvested by spammers. That's also why I no longer
bother mailing to abuse addresses. Neither Tiscali or Schlund actually
do anything useful with complaints - which is why they're blocked at
every network I have control over. None of my users complain about
not being able to connect to the spam side of the Internet, so the blocks
will stay in place.

Old guy

Re: Michael looking for Old guy!

To: Frank and MOE,

So now that you have both established that I am an amateur in internet and
my knowledge is like a drop in the ocean compared to yours could you both
stop dodging and bulls......g and admit that I was not the only one who has
made mistakes?

Frank I did some Googling and have tried to understand exactly where I have
done wrong regarding the spamming issue.

Moe you should wake up and look into mirror and decide whether you like it
or not (I know I do not always like what I see in my mirror). The story
started from you accusing my domain http://www.spywarejab.co.uk being some
kind of trap for spreading unwanted software! This still is not true!
Whether you even as per today have bothered to check that is mystery to me?
I believe that all those wild allegations and accusations should be
corrected and I would not mind receiving an apology either.

Before I was diagnosed with progressive incurable degenerative neurological
condition (next thing you say too is probably that it is my fault having
one) I have had a long and extensive career fighting for law and order and
the people I delivered for justice system at least had the nerves to tell me
to my face that they will kill me! Not to go and announce to the rest of the
world that Michael is fraud and suspicious character and his domain
http://www.spywarejab.co.uk spreads spyware and God (forgive me father the
use of your name in vain) only knows what else!

For my myself I can only say my apologies to anyone who has suffered from me
"spamming". it is mere ignorance from my part as now after few years since I
was given my diagnose (my employer has had nothing to do with any of the
issues raised during these correspondences) condition has come to a point I
am unable to carry on with any work (been on sick leave since August) hence
I have tried to learn a new way of making little money in order to support
the scientists in they work in trying to find a cure.

My way is trying to help others and on the process collect pennies towards
upkeep of internet connection and when ever possible help others suffering
for example the same condition I have. This is clear to anyone visiting to
my iii- web sites, which among other things have the earlier mentioned
domain thru which there are various sponsored links to get among other
things free downloads to get rid off unwanted visitors/software from once
PC.

I hope Moe, that should I stop writing these defences for myself, the reason
will not be that some of the persons convicted due to fact I caught him/her
has not become computer literate and with your help come back to keep their
promise of getting me killed. Especially now that I have become physically
disabled and am not able to defend myself nor my loved ones. However if that
happens and I will be killed sleep well after all you only "exposed" me
because I am a bad person. Even if any of my friends or family will die on
the process I am sure God will forgive you, if you believe him and ask for
forgiveness.

All the best for you and sweet dreams...Michael
