Receiving multiples of Postings

Is anyone else receiving multiples of postings (2x,4x,6x), sometimes received spread out over time, but
with identical header info and timestamps? or is it just me?

Sometimes I get it to.
It is realy weird, because they are already in my ISP's mailbox.

I think, it is sometimes a problem on th ISP's side, because
there is a heavy load on the 86 mailbox servers if a new
bunch of Viruses arrive...
